Refund Policy

All sales are final — subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period.

Non-refundable subscriptions

SikloAI subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or workspaces that are deleted or left idle during a paid period.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access and features continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the Service before being charged. If you do not wish to be billed, cancel before the trial ends. Once a paid period begins, the non-refundable policy above applies.

Your AI provider costs

SikloAI operates on a bring-your-own-key basis. Any usage charges billed to you directly by your AI provider (Anthropic) under your own key are separate from your SikloAI subscription and are not handled or refundable by SikloAI.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing mistakes.
