Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses SikloAI (the “Service”), including your end users and anyone you allow to access your workspace. You are responsible for ensuring their compliance.
2. You may not
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Upload, generate, or distribute malware, or content that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service's email/messaging tools in violation of anti-spam laws.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service or other users; access data you are not authorized to access; or interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated requests).
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Use connected integrations to access, export, or act on data you do not have authorization to access.
- Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of a connected third-party provider (e.g., Google, Slack, GitHub, Notion) or your AI provider.
- Use outputs to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review.
3. Integrations & third-party terms
When you connect an app, you must comply with that provider's terms and only grant access to data you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the actions your agent takes through connected integrations.
4. AI-generated content
AI can produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use outputs, and for not presenting them in ways that mislead or harm others.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action as we reasonably consider appropriate, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Reporting
To report abuse or a violation, email [email protected].
