Meet Tala: An AI Account Manager for Small Businesses

Big companies get an account manager: someone who knows their setup, checks in every week, spots problems early and helps them get more out of the software they pay for. Small businesses get a help page and a support email.

We built Tala to close that gap. She lives in the corner of every page of the SikloAI dashboard. Here is what she does, and what she won't do.

She shows you, not just tells you

Ask Tala how to do something, like "how do I put the chat on my website?" or "where do I add my API key?", and she answers in plain words. Then she gives you a Show me button that opens the right page and highlights the exact button or field. No hunting through menus.

This part is free on every plan.

She knows how your business is doing

With Account Manager (included with the Pro and Agency plans, and during the free trial), Tala can read your account and answer questions like:

• "How did we do this week?" Chats, leads and bookings compared with last week.
• "Which questions couldn't my chatbot answer?" The exact list, with how often each was asked.
• "How much did SikloAI make me this month?" Appointments booked in the chat and what they're worth, using your own service prices.

Every number comes straight from your account. If she doesn't have the data, she says so instead of guessing.

She spots problems before you do

When something needs attention, like questions your chatbot couldn't answer, a hot lead nobody has called, a disconnected calendar or a trial about to end, Tala tells you when you open the dashboard. You don't have to go looking.

Every Monday morning she also sends a short check-in: how your week went, one thing to fix, and one thing to try.

She does the work, with your OK

Tala can draft answers for the questions your chatbot missed, using your own website. Anything she can't find, like a price, she leaves as a blank for you to fill in. She can also switch your AI agents on or off.

Nothing changes until you press Confirm, and every change has an Undo.

What she won't do

• She can't delete anything.
• She can't change your plan or payment details.
• She never sees your API keys or passwords.
• She never talks to your website visitors. That's your chatbot's job. Tala works for you.

And if she can't help, she sends your question to our team with the conversation attached, so you never have to explain twice.

You can switch her off

Not everyone wants an assistant in the corner. Turn Tala off for yourself, or for your whole team, in Settings. The Help & Docs page is always there either way.
